All Winchester Archery bows sold by authorized Winchester Archery dealers are covered by a transferable lifetime warranty to the registered owner. To activate the lifetime warranty, the original purchaser must register the bow with Winchester Archery online or mail in the warranty card within 15 days of purchase. This warranty protects against any failures of the product due to defects in material or workmanship and does not include any damage due to abuse, misuse or modification to the bow’s design. The following exclusions apply.


Items not covered under the lifetime warranty include string, cables, accessories, limb dampening devices and decorative finishes (anodizing, paint, and camouflage).


Damage from abuse, modification or improper use is also excluded from warranty coverage. To activate the lifetime warranty, the original purchaser must complete and submit the online registration form or mail the warranty card to Winchester Archery within 15 days of purchase.


The Winchester Archery Warranty covers product purchased from Winchester Archery Authorized Dealers. Contact Winchester Archery to confirm that your purchase is through an Authorized Dealer.

Warranty Service

All products requiring warranty service must be returned to an Authorized Dealer for inspection and diagnosis of any problem. Your Winchester Archery Authorized Dealer can determine whether factory service is required, or if the service needed can be performed at the dealer’s facility. Bows returned to Winchester Archery for service must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#). An RA# can be obtained by calling Winchester Archery and speaking with a sales/service technician. Bows returned to the factory without an RA number will not be accepted.


Most service issues can be handled by a Winchester Archery Authorized Dealer. Parts needed to make covered repairs will be provided to the dealer at no charge by regular ground service. The dealer is not required to offer or perform repairs at no charge for labor. The bow owner is responsible for any labor charge that is incurred through the dealer. However, the bow owner may return the bow to Winchester Archery for service. The bow owner is responsible for shipping costs to Winchester Archery. Covered repairs will be performed at no charge for parts and labor, and the bow will be returned freight prepaid. If your bow cannot be repaired, Winchester Archery reserves the right to replace your bow with a newer model of equal or greater value. Winchester Archery reserves the right to substitute any parts required for warranty coverage at its sole discretion and for any reason. Our goal with all warranty returns is to have the bow repaired and on its way back within 48 hours of receiving it at our facilities in Secaucus, New Jersey. We are bow hunters, too and understand how inconvenient it is to be without our bow. Our promise is to service your bow like it was our own.
